Prynhawn da (Good Afternoon)
After a long held dream I have purchased a 2/3 up and 2 down rubblestone property in rural West Wales. A somewhat dubious history that is much heresay! Might have been the pub, maybe not. Apparently mine and my neighbours properties were built with 80 cartloads of stone from the local quarry.
Of course it's very sorry for itself having been empty for 3-4 years and having had little in the way of mod cons added. Unfortunately (common) its been cement rendered on the exterior and has a bit (lot) of damp. Quarry tiles on soil floors and split levels. Let the fun commence, its gonna be a chilly winter! I'll add some images later.
