This is the right hand one of two 1930s semis that have the same white rendering. Judging by other houses in the street, this is likely original. Is there a particular reason for this render, or perhaps it was just a fashion? Would it have always been white? How does one clean and maintain it? Do people change this, and if so, what would they change it to?
