So there’s no chimney stack on the roof and chimney breasts have been removed from various locations in the house - leaving us with only 3 out of 6 and obviously none that are usable.
We are leaning towards having all remaining breasts removed (sadly), as they are probably not supported.
Do we need a structural engineer or is it a straight forward job?
