Biscuit beetle or common furniture beetle?

Hello, for the past couple of weeks we've had many of these little blighters showing up in our kitchen.

We've not found any contaminated food but likewise we've not found any holes or frass. My only thought is our window in the kitchen isn't in the best of shape, I could conceive that water has got in and they're living in the damp wood.

Any idea what they could be?

That looks like furniture beetle from the humped carapace and the way it's holding itself (difficult to put into words, you would need to have seen a lot of both- trust me).

As for where they have come from: think about what was wet 3-5 years ago
