little point buying cheap insurance, not all polices are equal.

There’s also something wrong with the rebuild figure, or more wrong with the current condition of the building to have such a discrepancy…?

You posted on FB earlier and Steve replied offering to get in touch, that would be my suggestion, he’s a fantastic broker who’s worked wonders for us on a few tricky properties.
