I frequently look through the buildings at risk register for Scotland, And I find it a hard look, all the lovely houses that people and councils own that are left to go into disrepair! How do the councils least of all get away with it, slowly killing off such lovely buildings? Rather than letting them go to waste why not sell them off and let people make use of them, surely its better use of public money!
