Cobble upkeep!

Hi everyone We live in a gerogain house called Cobblestones and the cobbles are looking rather sad, sunken and fill with weeds over the summer. Also the part that meets the regular tarmac of the pavement has got quite a gap and needs rectifying.
We would like to keep the integrity of the house but have a smarter look to the front and have it robust enough to park on. Picture below. I'd love any thoughts or experience on how to upgrade this well. Many thanks

It’s a lot of manual labour basically - short of lifting and relaying the whole lot you’d be looking at:

1) Rake out weeds and failed pointing
2) Lift and sunken stones and reset them - usually using some sort of mortar but sometimes just aggregate - be guided by what’s already there.
3) Re-point the whole driveway

At that point it would likely be fine to drive on

You could try blasting them with a pressure washer as that will speed up the taking out and moss / weed removal but you’d likely end up having more repointing to do afterwards as it will usually take out a far amount of the pointing

I'd rake out and sweep away as much as possible before using a power washer. Its tempting to just go at it but you run the risk of covering the whole area in muddy sludge.
