Evening,
Looking for some advice/help help help.
Our detached 1800s home has an issue with a few internal damp patches on the gable end. We've recently had the chimney flashing replaced as we were advised this was the problem but after then replastering and decorating the damp some patches have reappeared. (photos attached)
These patches are occurring on both the ceiling on the first floor and ceiling on the ground floor. I've been into the loft and checked the internal gable end wall and this is dry.
Any opinions, ideas, suggestions, questions would be very welcome.
