This is infinitely harder and less accurate to determine by eye (or worse-yet, from pics) vs. investing in a medium-quality laser level and actually answering the question for certain.

well, its appears you're stepping 'up' when entering your house so thats a good start. It looks like the external ground immediately outside is hard concrete though which will splash back on to the walls when it rains so I'd consider digging out a gully and converting to decorative stone perhaps. This would give you an opportunity to lower it a little if required.

Given the previous owner of our last house took all the original flag stones that formed the internal floor out, and used them to form a patio 12” higher than it should have been originally I’d say that’s not the most reliable indicator
