Electric Underfloor Mat on Limecrete

Hello

We would like to install an electric underfloor mat under natural stone tiles and over a limecrete slab over a foamed glass insulation layer.

Are both the WarmUp Stickymat and Fastwarm mats suitable?

Does it go between the limecrete and the lime screed?

Are there any suitable breathable insulation boards that we can lay it on?
