EV Charger on ListedBuilding

We The Board have been approached by an Owner to install an EV Charger in his Parking Spot. To get Power there he needs to cross 3 other Properties and the Site perimeter wall where Cable will be attached & visible. Our Building was built in 1894 - what is the Legal position - Thanks in advance

If you The Board want Legal advice then your best best would be to consult an appropriately experienced Lawyer

FWIW, I have an EV charger in a hardly visible position attached to a buttress on my listed property, the cable runs along the bottom of a wall and is also barely visible. Each property is unique but I'd be surprised if a very unobtrusive installation would not be possible.

However, if the required cabling must cross three other properties then my guess is that this will be the biggest legal issue to deal with and might require formal wayleave agreements with the relevant property owners. This is not really a listed building issue per se and I entirely agree with atwig's advice about seeking formal legal advice.
