Hi, I own an 1870s terrace house with a cellar. Cellar is in reasonable condition, but I’m not quite sure what the best course of action is in terms of keeping the cool air from rising into the sitting room above.
Looking to employ loft type insulation between the joists and support with a soft membrane. Obviously the insulation will need to be fitted so that air can still flow in and around.
Is there any particular advice out there?
