Help me please!

We are finally coming to the stage with our house in Italy where we have stopped digging things up asnd filling in holes and we are desparate to get it into a liveable condition before we get too old to enjoy it!

What we need are a couple of plasterers /general builders who know how to use lime, clay and work with stone.We can provide accomodation and pay fares out to the house plus fees of course - I'd estimate it would be about 2/3 weeks work with time for the odd walk down to the local bar!

btw why don't we use Italians - because no-one can use anything there except cement

Gosh, good luck. The house is beautiful, as I've said before, and deserves the best.

I don't know anyone personally, but skier Hughes passed on the contact of limerepair.com He was very pleased with their work, and they stayed at his house.

I wonder if Gervase would like an Italian project? His details are in the classifieds here - Horgan and Webb is the name if the company as far as I remember.
