Help with pitch pine shutters

We own a property in London with old shutters in pitch pine and want to renovate them. We selected a carpenter who started working (see attached the shutters now).
Problem: some panels are missing or are too damaged and it's a nightmare to find similar ones.
There are specific criteria and dimensions (thickness has to be 25mm minimum and the boards 2.40m long and 1m wide minimum)
Would you have a place to recommend, anywhere in England?
We can't find reliable companies who provide reclaimed pitch pine and it's been weeks.

Hello Laurent and Welcome,
I think it would be wisest if you were to find a good furniture restorer in the London area to make these repairs for you. He or she would be better able to identify, find and select suitable timbers to match those needed to effect the repairs together with the skills and equipment needed to manufacture any necessary component parts. An ordinary carpenter or joiner would not have the necessary experience and perhaps capability to produce a close sympathetic match in terms of general colour, appearance and quality.

I found the name of Vincent Reed, among others, in London using a google search for 'woodwork restorers London'. However, and as always, you should check the references of anyone you may wish to engage.

Do you really need 1m width? I'm struggling to understand which part of a shutter would need to be that size? Pitch pine does turn up in salvage yards from time to time, usually from church pews, so you'd get the length and thickness but not the width. Imagine the size of the tree you'd need to get those finished dimensions out of...

Are you sure thats pitch pine? Looks like redwood (very readily available) from here.

1m width must be a typo ? I dont think you'll find any pine in boards that wide.

Many thanks for your replies - and the time you spent to help
Not 100% sure that it's pitch pine but that's what both my painter and carpenter told me.
How to be certain?
And correct: 100mm width and not 1m!
For sure the ones we have kept are very old (like 100 years) and excellent quality
I already chose the carpenter and paid for part of the work (not cheap at all!) so can't change my approach

Let me share other pictures (taken before the project started) so you understand better how it was and about the dimensions too
Some panels were missing from the beginning and others are too damaged or simply not the same wood.
Ceilings are 3.50m high and there are 2 levels.

Thanks for your reply it's a good advice. I will contact "Vincent Reed" at least to make sure what we look for is pitch pine!
