Before paying a handyman, it would be good to understand how DIY-able it is to add some ventilation to our 2 up 2 down chimney breasts, as there’s a bit of dampness to air out, and also just for good practice.
Is it as easy as just simply putting a couple of holes in with a hole saw and slapping a vent like below to cover it? Or should I be considering more to this?
