Hi all, we have been renovating our old property and end of last year we pulled off the wall paper in the dining room to find yellow marks all along the bottom, it did smell a bit musty and damp but we assumed this was because it hadn’t been lived in for nearly a year. We have since plastered over the walls and painted and while there is no obvious sign of damp or mould on the white walls there is a really strong musty smell. I have recently found that yellow mould is a thing! Does anyone know if this was yellow mould or any advice I don’t know what to do next?
