It’s definitely a work in progress. We painted the wall with a white clay paint. I like the texture.That’s interesting.
It does seem like lime wash or similar, though the bright blue pigment is a little unexpected. Still, it seems Prussian blue and indigo were used.
Mine is like a cerulean blue.

The wall in the background needs to be stripped of the dreaded gypsum and concrete, hence why it’s still bare:

It’s gorgeous, well done to your wife! May i ask if she also prepped the wall with mist coat?I guess we were fortunate in as much as that section was pretty well preserved, no big holes or cracks. I can’t take the credit, the wife did it but she just treated it like any other wall. A bit of normal filler here and there, a light going over with some sand paper, a bit of sugar soap on a damp cloth and that’s about it.
The clay paint is quite thick as I understand it so that helps. Think she may have applied 2 coats
