Hi, we have a grade 2 property, we want to replace some gypsum on internal walls for lime, open up two fire places for wood burning stoves, add bathrooms, and fix external drainage For the planning portal web site what level of details do you have to give ? the fireplaces previously had 3ft x 2ft surrounds which were ripped out at some point, for the bathrrom we would possibly need to go through thick walls to attach to cast iron guttering unless we plumbed into existing pluming via macerators.
