Afternoon all,
Hopefully you can feel me. We are getting what I assume is driving rain under the tiles during heavy windy.
Our house has no soffit or eaves so the tiles overhang the roof and guttering which has left a gap to the batons underneath, for some reason they have refelted the roof and squished it under the tiles so I assume doing naff all. Anyways I'm looking at how I can protect these batons, i can't push eaves protection up because the gap isn't big enough and I don't want to start pushing tiles up to make room.
My thought was either lime mortar on top of the wood or make a soaker and push up in section and direct into the gutter then mastic between lead and tiles to create a solid seal?
Anybody run into this problem and how did you fix it?
Cheers
