Venting Chimney

Hi all

I plan to add external chimney vents, as the chimney is on exterior wall (gable end), rather than venting internally.
3 floors = 3 flues.

Can anyone recommend a niceish looking vent cover for exterior for this type of thing? It's gable end, cement rendered.
