curved walls and architrave

Hi, I am finding it impossible to find a carpenter/joiner in South London who is prepared or able to fit skirting on walls that have curves and to custom make narrow double doors in an opening which has a slight curve at the top.
Any ideas? I want to maintain the original shapes.

Are we talking about a few gentle rises and falls or some serious hairpin changes of direction? I'll shut up now this is starting to sound like a Ken Dodd monologue.

I've done curved moldings (all be it a small profile) by soaking it in hot water then bending round a former (about 36" radius). Got me close enough that glue & pin nails pulled it in the rest of the way.
For larger sections of timber, a steam box is needed, and for really thick sections, a hydraulic press. But not everyone wants to mess around setting up a steam box or making jigs. Fortunately, there are a few small companies that could do the work. Adding a profile before or after bending is another hurdle, but need not be impossible.

More expediently, sufficient shallow cuts on the rear face to make the required curve(s), then make good with filler on anything that shows.

Would work if the moldings have very little (shallow) detail. Can't see it really working on say a torus profile.

Kerfing works on a torus or ogee - just needs more filler afterwards
