Which paint?

My decorator is speaking highly of a paint (from Poland, sold in the UK) by the name of Kleib supernova (see below) for interior walls.
As I never heard of it and can't find much info online I'm inclined to refuse his offer and stick to known UK brands: Dulux Trade, Crown or Johnstone's Trade.
He obviously knows more than me on the subject but just thought I'd ask more the experienced.

He would prefer to work with:

Depends what for? Both are latex paints, they both don't have SD values, so expect as latex to be high. So wont allow vapour or water to pass through.

So if it is for Lime Plaster and walls of stone, I would say this stuff is a big no no.

Not sure on ceilings, but I would also consider getting something that allows breathability with a low SD (0.05) range..

If it's a 'modern' house as in cavity walls (where nothing's been done to compromise them) and DPC, then a cleanable paint is an advantage. For solid walls and/or no DPC then breathability is what is required or the paint can just bubble off. The holy grail is a paint that is both fully breathable and scrubbable and as yet they don't exist. For the moment those of us with older houses have to settle for acceptible breathability, that on a good day is a bit wipeable, using the likes of F&B estate emulsion, distempers and flat matt (non-vinyl) and contract emulsions.

There's leeway on ceilings, but then washability is less of an advantage on those.

Thank you both for the explanation. It is a flat in Edinburgh (Victorian) walls & ceilings are generally in good condition. Surfaces are already painted and we are interested in a fresh look with different shades.
Would Johnstone’s Acrylic Durable Matt be somewhere good in the middle or should we go with a vinyl for more breathability? Sorry for these novice questions.

If it's not a basement or ground floor flat, it probably doesn't matter. The walls of those tenement flats in Edinburgh probably have multiple layers of impermeable paints on them anyway, so unless you have a penetrating damp problem, it will probably make no difference what you put on top of whatever is already there. Having said that, breathable paints with less or no plastic in them are to be preferred over modern plastic/vinyl paints. But as Stevers said, they are less washable/durable, even the big name ones like F&B estate emulsion (which isn't completely plastic free). I guess it boils down to what you care about!
