Hi Gang,
We have just purchased a beautiful 1896 property which has a basement area. The middle of the basement has ventilation through a window and the back part has a door to the garden. The front however does not and there is a small storage/crawl space that the survey has found has an active woodworm infestation and that is wet.
See picture.
How do you suggest drying this space out?
I have looked at different machines that have been suggested; a WAD from VapourFlow, for example but these seem very expensive and with lots of mixed reviews.
Some are saying to treat the woodworm then get it dry... others are saying leave the woodworm and get it dry first and some are saying leave it completely!
Help!
