I'd excavate a bit at one end, undermine as far as you can, then wack it with a big sledge hammer. Work along in a combination of spade, hammer and long breaker bar.
Even quite thick concrete is quite fragile if you can get a bit of overhang and really hammer it. It tends to get a bit easier as you work along because the shock waves seem to weaken it in advance. Like splitting a thick log - it's the first one that's hardest.
