Hi,
We are interested in buying this terranced property referred to as an old gentleman's residency but we don't know the age of it. The estate agents don't have a clue. Just that they were build before WW2. If you look at the photo closely you can see cracking above the door and under the left window. Obviously if we decided to buy it we would get a full survey but does anyone know if the lower part that looks like big long bricks is rendered to make it look like that or some sort of cladding. Sorry I don't have a clue what to search for when looking at cost for repairs. Any knowledge and advice greatly appreciated!
