It is ludicrously expensive at £4.5k! But, all things are relative - the infamous "Duck Island" was about £1800 I think, which looks cheap compared to this

I don't like the look of the jettying on that building. I reckon if the kids got a bit hyper in that part of the upstairs, the whole thing could topple over.

Glad it's not just me with an innate ability to remember the completely useless, especially from adverts. A bit like a very chavvy car I saw the other day which I instantly thought was a bit "Carlos Fandango" - took a bit of head scratching to remember where that came from but I had a feeling it was an advert from my youth.
