We have just bought a Grade 2 listed farmhouse and are weighing up the options as to whether to rent it out on a long-term lease or whether to rent it as a holiday cottage. The insulation on the property is next to nothing and in light of all the talk recently about EPC's minimum insulation etc for rented properties, we are keen to know what the rules are with regards to insulation and EPC's on listed buildings. Any help and advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.
