Just thought I'd share...…
Plastic grilles always look wrong on the outside of old houses for bathroom fans and tumble dryer vents. I spotted this, which isn't too outrageous in price - bought some and they turned up today, seem good quality, they clip into a standard 100mm wall duct and have an integral rubber seal to go against the house brickwork. I'll have to see how the finish lasts, but I can paint them if need be in future. I've got a new fan to fit and a couple of existing ones to change, this will look more in keeping than plastic I'm sure. The website picture doesn't do them justice, they look better in the flesh I think.
