Hi All
I'm trying to fit a new sink to a cob wall that has had several sinks fitted to the same place over the years, each of which has required pegs of varying sizes and shapes to be knocked into the wall first to fix the sink with. Trouble is, now it's my turn and there's no room for more pegs, the cob is quite badly damaged from previous installations but I need to put in more pegs. It's proving very difficult. If anyone can tell me how I can make the wall good so we can have a sink with a fixing we can have confidence in? Most solutions I can come up with require a slat of wood that would work but would mean the sink is out from the wall.
Many thanks in advance.
