Hi all
Looking for some word of mouth recommendations of damp expert / specialists in the Cirencester and surrounding areas.
We have a few areas of damp in our 18th century Cotswolds grade 2 farmhouse (obviously!!) and a couple of more pressing areas we need to address. Mixture of poor ventilation, a high water table and some shoddy past concreting up to the external walls are all contributing. We had a damp survey done on purchase (mainly to keep our mortgage lender happy on the valuation) but we’re keen to expand the net of suppliers that would appreciate the heritage element / need for walls to breathe vs wanting to fill with chemical injections etc. If anyone has any personal recommendations for the Cotswolds ish area (preferably with a normal price tag!) would love to hear from you.
