Hi All
I’m working on a social housing 5 storey brick built block. There has been longstanding issues with overactive ball valves and where system boiler changed over to Combi, Fitters have used previous tank overflow pipework to allow condensate to discharge onto brickwork
We’ve remedied plumbing issues and connected up Pipework to collect & drain future discharge
Brickwork is heavily stained 1 - 2m width spread full height so it’s a reasonable area affected.
Has anyone got any suggestions for solution to apply and jet wash off ? Had a company attend to Doff Clean but test patch and they are to come back to me
