Need some advise from some lime workers, I'm about to look at a job and customer said they have a little bit of rising damp in their house,looks like internal has been plasterboard and plastered,which is a no no,also has vents on outside so shouldn't be a problem,also with attached photo lime looks really badly cracked, could this be one of the problems with the damp, any advise is welcome,
