I have finally finished my new suspended timber floor on the whole ground floor of the house but before I screw down the floor im wondering about insulation.
Now once this floor goes down I never want to have to lift it again as parquet and tiles will be going ontop. The only service underneath will be the mains gas. I need to be sure that any insulation cant drop down into the void below (its only 10" or so under the joists). The joists are 6" deep. The floor area is around 70m2.
Can anybody suggest the best materials and methods to use for this.
Thanks, Craig
