Hello,
I’ve recently moved into a Victorian/Edwardian house which has a small modern flat roof extension. The flat roof needs replacing as it’s dipped and and the ceiling in the bedroom below it is bowing as well.
Should I get a specialist period property roofer to replace it?
What do I need to check with any potential roofer? For example, are there certain materials they should use?
Any advice will be much appreciated.
