The bedroom is 3.9 x 3.3. so 12.8m2. It’s on the first floor and there is no load bearing underneath as the living room below is the exact same size. From the edge of the room to the centre it slopes from around 20-25mm, it is hard to determine this exactly as it is carpeted so it is thicker around the permitter and more worn in towards the centre. This was measured using a 6ft level and a tape measure. The house was made in the 80’s, i can only assume the timber joists have crept over time. Is this normal or is it too much?
