New member , looking for your advice

Hi all.
I've just signed up , and I am so glad to have the opportunity to get advice from.people that know , from my reading to date .
I've got an very old hay loft ,
Its built using a shuttered lime and pebble stone .
Outside has been plaster, poorly , as you will see , a and dashed .
Inside down stairs look like its been coated ? , upstairs looks very raw

Looks like some clot applied a cement based render over a previously painted concrete wall and the render has simply pealed off. What is your plan/hope for the space and what are your immediate questions?

The smooth areas on the third one up might be the original finish of the limecrete and rough bits where the shuttered finish has been lost. The brown render (possibly applied over limewash or paint) is likely to be cement based and has separated and is falling off as might be expected.

The limecrete looks to have spalled back to the aggregate, but otherwise seem to have lasted well. Are you looking to tidy it up, or worried about those cracks?

The building is right in the middle of a small rural town.
I'd like to save what's there , I could envisage multiple uses, retail , office, accomadation , so id need to have the walls strengthened.
Im thinking of a steel frame to support the roof and floor .
I am thinking on chipping what's there , fixing a steel mesh and spraying multiple coats of lime crate for strength . What do you think ?
