Old nail found in garden

Need a banana for scale (or maybe a ruler).
First thought might be a railway spike. but the head is wrong. Maybe a nail from dockland timber ?

Could be a rosehead nail. My wife wanted them used when I laid the boards, but now moans about them hurting her feet.

Rosehead in doors but not floors. How do you vacuum?

It looks a bit big for a std rosehead.
