Thank you, took 4 hours to get that far. I think the goal of doing all rooms before move in is unrealistic. Heaven knows how I’ll do it once moved in.
With it going back to bare wood will I need primer then undercoat then paint ?

Also someone recommended a rather expensive infra red paint removal tool speed something cobra - over £300 I will search reviews but they said it is super fast cmapred to a heat gun.

The first time you get stuck in it always feels grim but you'll become more tolerant of the work involved as you progress, its just like anything else in life.

You can get dual primer/undercoats if you want to save yourself some painting.
