Recommendations for builder with heritage experience in North London

I'm looking for a builder with experience in Victorian properties to come and dig a French drain and do some repointing in lime. Can anyone recommend?

We are in the ground floor flat of a late 19th century terraced house in North London (Highbury / Stoke Newington area).

Unfortunately can’t help on the builder recommendation, my go to chap recently retired. I only came to comment that if you are an apartment subdivided from a larger property then it may well be that the area you are wanting to install the French drain is in the ‘common part’ of the building and as such you may require the consent of the freeholder/ other leaseholders/ mgmt co. It will depend on the specifics of what is demised to your apartment and the terms of your lease.
