Hi,
I have a small victorian(?) extension on the back of my house that was rendered in the 1980s in concrete. I've stripped the render and plan to leave the bricks exposed, allowing them to breathe. There is a white substance on quite a few of the bricks (see photos). It tried to wipe or gently scrape it away but without success Vinegar and water mix also did nothing. Any suggestions on how to remove this? Perhaps they will fade over time now the render is off? Thanks!
