Repointing advice

Hello to everyone
I'm renting a commercial property,it's a grade 2 listed building with an exposed brick wall the size of it is is about 12 meters long and 2.5 height.
All over are gaps and holes
Do i need a consent to fill the holes or only if repointing the entire wall?
Can someone advise on the right product to use?
I've bought a crack filler but not sure if the gaps are too big for that product,tested it in two gaps

I'm afraid that any and all repairs to the exterior of that property are the sole responsibility of the Freeholder. Doing so without the express written permission of that person may expose you to civil and, in extreme circumstances, perhaps criminal action through the courts. You may also find that you are not permitted to make changes or modifications to the interior of the structure without similar permissions. You should consult your tenancy agreement in the first instance to understand the limits of your responsibilities for care and maintenance of the exterior and interior of the building.
