]Having gone down the secondary glazing route, full DG was a LBC nightmare, am left with a quandary.
Hopefully you can see from the photo, sorry about the quality, the problem. Namely the glazing unit will not slide past the fixing point using anything like a normal window catch.
I have 6 of these type windows the remainder are okay. These 6 originally had a slimline catch with a screw to secure in the locked position. Hence currently these 6 windows have a thin bracket crossing the opening light and the fixed light
to secure closed. Obviously this does not lend itself to opening the light. I have trawled around looking for inspiration as to what to fit. Any idea folks?
