Good evening everyone! I'm new here after coming across this group whilst frantically scouring the Internet for advice/guidance!
We recently purchased an early Georgian property (built 1732 - GII listed).
We have a LOT of work to do, both internally and externally and by far what would appear to be the biggest job is the restoration of the windows of which there are MANY!
The windows themselves are early casement/lead light so pre sash window.
I'm looking for guidance on what primer/paint to use, not only for the windows (both woodwork and metalwork) but also in general for external woodwork such as doors, soffits etc...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
