Old nail found in garden

Need a banana for scale (or maybe a ruler).
First thought might be a railway spike. but the head is wrong. Maybe a nail from dockland timber ?

Rosehead in doors but not floors. How do you vacuum?

It looks a bit big for a std rosehead.

These have been in place for 400+ years, boards are 14” for sizing… there’s the odd one that you really don’t want to stand on with bare feet and Henry has a wobble when he tries to eat them…
