Due to the size of the house we installed two boilers running side by side (only one does hot water) so the channels/valves/boilers are pretty well synched and load balanced. Fighting over the wireless channel may be a different problem. Two 3-way Draytons might work for you. One limitation that I forgot to mention earlier is that the Drayton system will only control 16 "rooms", so in a large house you might need two anyway. Not sure how that would work in practice if they are both trying to turn on/off the same boiler, but there might be an elegant wiring solution to that. Nor am I sure how 2 Draytons in the same wireless space would work - theoretically it can be done, they could just occupy different Zigbee channels, but I don't know if Drayton have thought that through. You'd need to make sure that each TRV connected to the right hub, for starters.
